Jason Lapp is the Chief Executive Officer of Beautiful.ai, where he leads the company’s mission to make great design accessible to every team. With more than two decades of experience scaling technology and data-driven businesses, Jason is passionate about how artificial intelligence can unlock better storytelling, faster decisions, and more impactful communication across organizations.
Before joining Beautiful.ai, Jason served in senior leadership roles across marketing technology and analytics, including as CEO of Kiip and Chief Growth and Revenue Officer at Kantar. He brings deep expertise in operational excellence, enterprise SaaS growth, and building high-performing, globally distributed teams.
Since becoming CEO in 2021, Jason has guided Beautiful.ai through a period of rapid expansion — launching new AI-powered automation, dramatically simplifying presentation creation for millions of users worldwide, and elevating visual communication as a strategic business advantage.
Jason is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, where he writes about the future of hybrid creativity, leadership, and human-centered AI. Beyond the office, he is committed to strengthening communities and serves on the Board of Directors for the Scotty Lapp Foundation, a nonprofit empowering youth through action sports, creative development, and mental-health awareness.
Jason lives in Northern California with his family. When he’s not building the future of design automation, you’ll likely find him skiing, exploring the outdoors, or cheering from the sidelines of a youth sporting event.
